A quarter of companies and public sector bodies have a pay gap of more than 20% in favour of men, according to new gender pay gap figures.
No such thing as a gender pay gap , there is however an earnings pay gap . Men work longer hours, work in higher payed jobs , work in higher paid dangerous jobs . Men also do alot of the lower paid jobs like road workers , sewers, grass cutting bin men etc
Will 12/10 be better? Get out of here man. Women and all this gender equality thing is getting outta hand.
But gay women are paid more than single men in the same jobs under the of of 30

As its flavour of the month where does this leave those who identify as the opposite gender (or none at all if really ugly)? Here's an idea - all the women could identify as men and get the same pay. The employers daren't say anything or faces gender discrimination charges.
If they didn’t waste all their wages on Prosecco, fancy shoes and complicated hair cuts they wouldn’t need to be paid the same!

Is it for similar work ? Gender gap figrs are more relevant if compared b/w salaries of individuals having similar work and exp... But this article just blantantly compares it without any relevant data... Gender pay gap is a relevant issue but its cant be compared like this...
As a boss in Turkey l have never think pay lower price to women. From now on l will pick my mind up!
