On April 23, Foxtrot suddenly shuttered all 33 of its stores — as well as two Dom’s Kitchen and Market locations. Now, former employees have filed a lawsuit against the company, citing WARN Act violations.

With 33 stores in Illinois, Texas, and the Washington D.C. area, as well as two Dom’s Markets in Chicago, Outfox had at least 1,000 employees, according to the lawsuit.
