The supermarket will shut its doors on June 15 and will be closed until 'later in the summer'. During the closure, it will be transformed into a fresh-market-style food hall.

An M&S store in East Renfrewshire is set to close ahead of an exciting makeover that will welcome a new bakery, wine shop and more for customers to enjoy.

The makeover will create a new bakery, wine shop, flower shop, new click & collect facilities, and a cheese barge. The investment is part of M&S’ plan to invest £30 million in stores across Scotland.
