Associate Professor Lilian Chee from the National University of Singapore and Associate Professor Ada Wong from the Singapore University of Social Sciences share their research.Associate Professor Ada Wong on who benefits the most in work from home arrangements: We were expecting that maybe work from home benefits will be more significant on the female gender ... But actually we found no significant difference because it seems that our gender equality is achieving some significant improvement now.One of the largest problems to overcome is money. Who is going to finance this ... To provide infrastructure means more than just space to work ... there needs to be other inspiring infrastructure which will rest and then go back to work.
