On Wednesday, Anna appeared on Sunrise, speaking about her frustration they couldn’t get a resolution with the discount airline even before Tuesday’s crisis. “I’ve been touching base with Bonza literally every week — we are getting no answers,” Griffiths said. “ we are processing as fast as we can. But I’m not getting anything. check my bank. I checked my bank account and nothing,” Griffiths said.
