AfricanContentMovement Leader HlaudiMotsoeneng says he does not understand why the High Court dismissed his urgent application against the SABC to broadcast his party’s election manifesto. sabcnews

approaching the Constitutional Court

after the high court dismissed his application with costs. Motsoeneng wanted the SABC to broadcast live the ACM’s national 2019 election manifesto in Durban on Saturday. He says there was a court ruling against the SABC regarding the live television broadcast of a Democratic Alliance rally, while he was chief operating officer at the public broadcaster.

Motsoeneng says it’s surprising that the court has ruled against the ACM, on the same grounds. “The court today , they denied South Africans to have different ideas to compete equally so. It is very important that all political parties are given airtime. In my view all these parties that are now emerging, they should be given more time…more time than the ruling party.”

We are voting ACM no matter what, we're the few that will turn to a lot of unprogrammed South Africans, ACM does not negotiate change we force it.. Complaining and mourning is not in our to-do list.. Vote ACM, save your energy and feel the fresh air. THAT THING

I wonder what is sooo CONTENT about this movement

You'd have to be completely delusional to vote ACM. COMPLETELY NUTS.

Nutters

Maybe because he is not FOCUSSING.

There is plenty he doesn't understand.

This looks like it could be purple cow’s uniform 😊

Are the musicians that Hlaudi gave R50k from SABC funds going to vote for him? Also, are they supporting him in his campaign?

😂

That's just the SABC implementing his policy of non coverage of pointless events.

A rag-tag bunch of people at his rally. This guy is the most delusion individual in SA. HlaudiMotsoeneng

I am going to vote for Hlaudi. He run the SABC so well. Hope he gets endorsement from that Nkandla thug like AndileMngxitama. That seals the deal for me.

Master Censor can't understand Censorship 😏
