Using Beyoncé as the face of a new product may come off as inauthentic if the creators and designers of the product are not diverse themselves.
The ability to attract and retain diverse professionals has become an essential part of an organization’s competitive strategy. Lack of focus on this important issue may cause an organization to lose its competitive edge, decreasing profitability. Companies should consider the demographics of staff when partnerships with diverse clients are being created.
