Prince Harry has arrived in the UK but will not be reuniting with his father King Charles during his visit. The Duke of Sussex hopes to see his cancer-stricken father soon but the King currently has “a full program” and a father and son meeting could not be arranged, a spokesperson for Harry said. “It unfortunately will not be possible due to His Majesty’s full program,” the spokesperson confirmed to The Mirror.
Other major royals are not expected to attend the event. It has been reported Harry spoke at a one-day summit, called the Invictus Games Foundation Conversation, at Armoury House after his arrival in London. Harry is said to have taken part in a panel discussion hosted by former BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin, The Mirror reports. On the day of Harry’s arrival, King Charles was spotted leaving Windsor Castle.
