San Antonio police say a fifth person was shot during last month’s shooting at Market Square that killed two and injured four others. Police said they were initially made aware of four women who were injured during the shooting but were contacted the next day by a fifth person. That person has yet to provide a statement to police, they said. A report from KSAT identified the fifth victim as Adam Jaramillo, who said he was shot in the thigh during the shooting.

The city has two weeks before they file a lawsuit, he said.
