On April 28 at around 7:15 p.m., officers were stopped at a pharmacy near 16th Avenue South & South Roxbury Street and arrested a woman carrying a stolen cash register, police said.While conducting their investigation, the woman attempted to conceal a handgun, but it was found by officers and taken as evidence,Officers also developed probable cause to arrest the man for assault.
The man, 40, was found shortly after and fled from the officers while being detained, police said. He was quickly found and arrested by multiple patrol officers, according to officials.The man was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer and was also arrested for a previous incident of domestic violence. Seattle police said he was booked into South Correctional Entity Jail.Stay Connected
