A school bus has crashed north of Melbourne. Students from Assumption College in Kilmore, 65km north of Melbourne, were on the bus when it was involved in an accident just before 3.45pm on Wednesday on Wandong Rd, Kilmore.
School bus crashes in Melbourne The school said in a statement that all students on the bus were “fine” and that emergency services were attending. “There are college staff also present at the scene,” it said. Images from the 7NEWS chopper show the bus has crashed through a guardrail and then into a tree. A significant emergency response is underway with multiple police vehicles, ambulances, CFA and SES crews on the scene. Two ambulance helicopters have also been dispatched.
