One lucky person could become Australia’s biggest individual lottery winner if they win tonight’s Powerball draw. Thursday night’s Draw 1462 jackpotted to $150 million after the Division One prize was unclaimed for six consecutive weeks. Entries close on Thursday night at 7.30pm AEST. This page will be updated with the winning numbers when they’re drawn. The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said up to half of Australian adults were expected to have an entry into the draw.
The Lott says there have been no division one winners in 2023 with the initials of U, X or Z, and only one winner with the initials of Y and Q. In terms of horoscopes, Librans won more division one prize winnings than any other star sign, followed by Virgo and Cancer. Scorpio and Taurus were the unluckiest of the horoscope signs. The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said the data was good news for anyone with a lucky initial - like he has.
