British Steel in urgent need of £100,000,000 after EU freezes funds over Brexit

The UK’s second-biggest steel production company has been left in need of an emergency loan because of the failedBritish Steel, which employs 5,000 people across the UK, is said to be in talks with Whitehall for a £100 million loan after it got frozen out of an EU-wide carbon trading scheme.

They should have been awarded last month but British Steel wasn’t given their usual allocation because of the delay in the UK Government delivering Brexit. The exclusion of the UK companies from this year’s EU’s ETS allocation covers £2bn of emission allowances, with British Steel accounting for five percent of the total.

Exactly the amount I need.

Brexit stopped by Conservatives via stealth, smoke and mirrors, deliberately causing chaos and confusion. The UK leaving the EU wouldnt benefit the rich and powerful. BREXIT WILL NOT HAPPEN. The UK is a democracy they say. Only when it suits.
