Shareholders of Indigo Books & Music will meet on Monday morning to vote on a deal that would see the company taken private by Trilogy Retail Holdings Inc. and Trilogy Investments L.P. Trilogy is owned by Onex Corp. founder and chairman Gerald Schwartz, who holds 56 per cent of Indigo’s shares.
