All accused were acquitted for murder due to insufficient evidence against them.

Three men were convicted and sentenced to 12 years imprisonment by the Pietermaritzburg High Court for a business robbery, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Tuesday.

“On February 2015, a tuck shop was robbed by a group of armed males at Inchanga and two victims were shot dead. A vehicle and other items were stolen from the tuck shop.” “A few days later, police received information about two of the suspects who were involved in the robbery and who are brothers. Police recovered a Nissan 1400 bakkie that was stolen during the robbery and other items.”
