A Bundaberg family have been left shattered by the theft of their new puppy only days after bringing it home. A home security camera caught the moment two masked dog-nappers jumped the fence of the family home in broad daylight and stole the pug, named Willow, from the backyard on Tuesday.
Family puppy stolen by masked dog-nappers. “We only got it two days ago, and it was a puppy to my children,” single mother of six, Jamie-Lee* told 7NEWS. However, Jamie-Lee said the story actually started only hours after they purchased Willow on Sunday, when the vendor demanded the little dog back. “ if we didn’t give the dog back, they were going to steal it — 48 hours later that’s exactly what they did,” she said.
