Manchester United face a potential transfer dilemma this summer amid claims that Scott McTominay is receiving interest from abroad.
But the reported offer won't go far with United unlikely to entertain such a low fee. McTominay was of interest to West Ham last summer with United rejecting a £30m bid from the Hammers. And Erik ten Hag will have been relieved that the Scot remained at Old Trafford after scoring some crucial goals in 2023/24. Ten Hag may not be saved by McTominay's winning goals as the board continue to review his position. However, if he remains in charge for another campaign then the Dutchman may be hoping the United midfielder sticks around as well.
