The founder of Tesla, SpaceX, X , and xAI announced that he would ban Apple devices at all his companies if Apple proceeds with integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT at the operating system level.
He elaborated further, stating, “Visitors will have to check their Apple devices at the door, where they will be stored in a Faraday cage.” Musk’s concerns revolve around what he perceives as an “unacceptable security violation” posed by ChatGPT-integrated iPhones. Apple has no clue what’s actually going on once they hand your data over to OpenAI.
