KUALA LUMPUR: A former finance and human resources manager of a public relations company has pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here on Tuesday to three charges of criminal breach of trust involving over RM600,000.
He is accused of committing the offences at IBR Asia Group in Jalan Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, between April 29, 2022, and May 28, 2024, and was charged under Section 408 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum penalty of 14 years imprisonment, caning, and a fine upon conviction.
