This position will report directly to the Controller at our Sault Ste. Marie location to help assist in the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions of the organization. • Work with purchasing and receiving department to resolve discrepancies between invoices and orders. • Ensure all appropriate documentation has been completed by receiving and purchasing before payment of invoices.• Follow up with vendors on incorrect documents and have changes made.
