A bouncy castle business owner says the ban will impact his firm, staff and the community.

The ban means the inflatables will be prohibited from council owned land in areas such as Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn and Bewdley.Dave Griffin, a Kidderminster entertainment business owner, labelled the ban as "crazy" and said a third of his events were held on council owned land.

"We are in the process of tendering for a new insurance services provider and are reviewing our policies and procedures to make sure that events can take place as safely as possible. He added: "It has just gone crazy. It is going to have an impact on us, it is going to have an impact on my staff and the community.
