Two brothers and a friend “have been committing multiple thefts” from Walmart stores in Florida, their arrest reports say, and the father of those brothers is referred to as a co-defendant.
“Co-defendant placed the ‘Lego’ set he selected in the home goods department, where the defendant re-enters the store and grabs it. The defendant then takes the ‘Lego’ set back by co-defendant and exits the store,” reportedly taking $180 worth of merchandise. “The subjects fled the scene in a gold Chevrolet SUV” that was registered to Chance Thomas, and pulled over for “an investigative traffic stop,” the arrest reports say.Biggs’ arrest report said she “confessed to stealing from Walmart on May 26th, May 31st, and June 3rd. The defendant stated she took the hygiene products, as she is going through hard times and cannot afford them.”
