The ERP Systems Specialist will help ensure our ERP system runs smoothly in the manufacturing department. They will learn the ERP system, train team members, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the system service provider. Additionally, they will download data, organize it into templates, distribute reports, and perform various data analyses as needed.Quickly learn and understand the basics of the ERP system used by the company.
Service Provider Correspondence:Communicate issues, coordinate updates, and ensure timely resolutions of system-related problems.Ensure data integrity and accuracy during extraction and handling.Generate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions and operational improvements.Experience in manufacturing environment is preferredStrong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite .
