(Reuters) - Major record labels Sony Music, Universal Music Group and Warner Records sued artificial intelligence companies Suno and Udio on Monday, accusing them of committing mass copyright infringement by using the labels' recordings to train music-generating AI systems.

KOTA BHARU: A man who lodged a police report about a crime at the Pengkalan Chepa police station on Sunday was arrested after it was discovered he was wanted by police over a 'Love Scam' case.

Kota Bharu district police chief ACP Mohd Rosdi Daud said the local man, 46, was arrested after the police ran a check on his identification card number and found he had three prior criminal records related to offences under Section 411, 379, and 420 of the Penal Code. "Acting on the information uncovered, a police team from the Kota Bharu district police headquarters' Commercial Crime Investigation Division detained the suspect at the police station," he said in a statement on Monday .

The suspect was wanted in connection to a 2018 Facebook 'Love Scam' case involving losses of RM16,650.
