Test Engineer. Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Test Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing tests to assess the quality and functionality of the solar PV cells and modules. The Test Engineer is expected to exercise a high level of confidentiality on company information, provide leadership and guidance to engineering technicians, and observe safety & 5S practices. Travel to other Heliene facilities as needed.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of working well with cross functional teams, and can interface effectively with all levels of the organization- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision - Hands-on experience on 3D modelling, drawing generation, finite element modelling and analysis using computer aided design software like Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion, Ansys, etc.- In-depth knowledge of specialized software, such as JMP, and MATHLABQualified applicants should submit a cover letter and resume toPositions are open to all qualified applicants, although preference will be given to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and those qualified to work in Canada.
