NRL commentator and journalist Paul Kent has lost his job. Kent — who had column with News Corp and featured on NRL 360 on Fox Footy — was charged with affray over an incident in April outside a popular Sydney restaurant.

Paul Kent speaks about street brawl. Kent and another man were involved in a heated scuffle outside Totti’s in Rozelle, with a video of the incident quickly going viral. The pair are seen arguing with other patrons, and security attempting to intervene. The argument ends up turning physical before the video ends with Kent being flung upside down into a tree. After the incident, Kent was stood down by News Corp and now News Corp mastheads have reported that the 54-year-old has been sacked.
