THREE state universities were hailed champions in their respective categories during the 7th Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) National Competition at the Department of Science and Technology-Metals Industry Research and Development Center Compound in Taguig City on June 18 and 19.

THREE state universities were hailed champions in their respective categories during the 7th Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines National Competition at the Department of Science and Technology-Metals Industry Research and Development Center Compound in Taguig City on June 18 and 19.Bulacan State University reigned in the Robotics and Internet of Things categories, while Technological University of the Philippines-Taguig topped the Mechatronics category.

Category 4, R&D Exhibits: DHVSU, champion; Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc., 1st runner-up; and National University-Laguna, 2nd runner-up.Franz Keizer Lopez and Kyle Leonard Santiago made up the BulSU CpE team that won the robotics championship.
