Adele’s residency shows at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas were the priciest concerts nationwide in the first half of the year, with fans shelling out an average of nearly $1,500 to see the British singer, according to data provided to Forbes by second-hand ticket seller SeatGeek—though Taylor Swift’s return to the U.S. could shake up the list.

Residency shows had a strong showing on SeatGeek’s list: Phish and U2’s shows at Las Vegas’ Sphere took the second and third spots with ticket prices of $1,228 and $831, respectively, and Billy Joel’s Madison Square Garden residency landed at No. 9. SeatGeek’s director of growth marketing Chris Leyden told Forbes the trend of a Las Vegas residency is increasingly appealing to artists who realize their fans will come to them, and to fans who are willing to travel to see a “bucket list” type of event in a venue like the Sphere, which has housed U2 and Phish.“Vegas prices are definitely significantly higher than what we’d normally see if were coming to, say the Prudential Center in New Jersey or Ball Arena in Colorado,” Leyden said.
