Seven of the locations are based in Dublin with one each in counties Meath and Westmeath.
The acquisition, announced on Friday, is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission . The forecourt in Co Meath will be in Batterstown while the new store in Co Westmeath will be on the Robinstown Road in Mullingar.
