Disappointed South Australian families have rubbished the “trust is a must” promise of a volume builder they said has refused to fix tens of thousands of dollars worth of defects in their dream homes. The families accused Rossdale Homes, one of the state’s oldest building companies, of having little regard for their customers, quality of projects or warranty promises.
Kulatunga said she and her husband have been exhausted trying to have the issues addressed and had received no response from the company despite her contract promising defects will be fixed if they’re raised within three months of moving in. “The customer service and quality of their products very, very low. I never recommend ,” she said. Murdoch said several people living in the North Haven Estate developed by Rossdale had issues with their homes.
