GRAND THEFT: 12:56 p.m. in the 800 block of Almarida Drive. The victim left his vehicle unlocked overnight and his wallet, clothes and credit cards were stolen. The suspect charged his credit card.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: 9:31 p.m. in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue. A man was causing a disturbance and refused to leave the premises. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself or others. He also had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for $5,000 out of San Jose for trespassing.

RETAIL THEFT: In the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Three women took merchandise from a store in their bags. DUI: at South Winchester Boulevard and East Rincon Avenue. A woman was stopped for driving with no headlights on during hours of darkness and was found to be DUI.FRAUD, GRAND THEFT: in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Someone impersonated a fire marshal and told an employee they had a $50,000 fine to be paid. The employee gave $48,307 in cash to the suspect
