IEC Chief Provincial Officer Nkaro Mateta says 628 people have applied for special votes in the Vuwani area under the Collins Chabane Local Municipality.Meanwhile, National Police Commissioner General Khehla Sitole is expected to visit Vuwani this morning.Several public order police officers from around the province and Gauteng have been deployed in the area.
