The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission has slammed a N300 million fine on Abuja Electricity Distribution Company over the death of a 4-year old boy, Master Mohammed Arafat Jibril, on 11 April 2019 at an unlocked substation in Maikunkele, Bosso local Government Area of Niger state.
