JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia - Venezuelan Oil Minister Manuel Quevedo said on Sunday his country’s economy and oil industry was under economic and financial siege by the U.S. government. “This therefore generates disturbances in the flow of oil supply to the world market as well as serious economic damage and suffering to the Venezuelan people,” he said in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, ahead of a ministerial panel meeting of top OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers, including Saudi Arabia and Russia. Our Standards:
Exactly
*Yawn* Not this bullshit again. Another chump using the Boogie Man (US) to scare his people into believing he's not an incompetent thief. Nice try though. It. IS all the rage these days
Whatever it takes to show that Socialism never works.
Welcome to socialism people now you starve
Biggest oil reserves in the world... That's the only interest the USA has in Venezuela.
now u can understand why madoro stay in his position!
They nationalized the oil industry and confiscated the assets of many foreign companies. If their economy is under siege, they've done everything they could to drive out foreign investment on their own.
No, not under siege by the USA. Venezuela's economy is totally under siege by socialism. Socialism has NEVER worked. There are so many resources in Venezuela that only socialism can destroy Venezuela's economy. Stop the socialism, restore Venezuela's economy.
If Venezuela crisis over comes to normal life oil will drop to $30PB
It's not that easy to be America's ( Trump ) political backyard!
