“The acquisition of Juniper extends the Spark offering beyond the sales and marketing timeline, and into completion, warranty management and homeowner care, covering more of the real estate development journey.”Juniper was launched back in 2019, and since that time has grown to provide homeowner care for more than 12,000 units and 60 projects from some of Canada's top developers.
The release also quotes Spark President and Co-Founder Cody Curley, who speaks to a long-standing relationship with Juniper’s Founder, Chris Miller, who stems from a 25-year background in technology, including 10 years spent in the prop-tech space.
Also quoted in the release is Miller, who notes that “the post purchase, completion and warranty stage is often an overlooked part of the presale customer journey.” He highlights that Juniper “provides the tools for developers to deliver a superior customer experience in order to mitigate areas of risk and enhance their brand reputation.”
