While campaigning for the 2015 general elections on the “Change” mantra, President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC promised far-reaching reforms; specifically in the oil and gas sector, which accounts for more than 70 per cent of Nigeria’s exports and Foreign Exchange earnings, according data from the National Bureau of Statistics .
