Kinda like how Zimbabwe did? The problem is not people refusing to 'step up for young rural Africans'. The problem is the 'young rural Africans' refusing to 'step up'. They'd rather join gangs or illegally enter Europe. Better have a campaign aimed at them.

From what I’ve seen, they’re pretty damn good at ‘stepping up’ for themselves, usually in gangs.
