Dantata: SEC takes fresh action months after shutting down ponzi scheme

after involvement in unlawful solicitation of funds from members of the public with a promise of inexplicable high returns to investors.

“The verification will take place from Friday, May 31, to Sunday, June 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily to ascertain the level of their commitment to the company. “They are also required to present a valid means of identification which may include a voters card, National Driving License, National Identity Card, international Passport and the like,” she said.

“Investors should verify the registration status of any company or individual and the investment products they are offering before entering into any transaction with them.
