There's no better method to immerse oneself in the festive mood than by visiting a Christmas market. While your local one might be on the pricier side, there are more affordable options abroad that you could consider. Keeping this in mind, investment platform Saxo has unveiled the most economical European Christmas markets. They determined this by considering the cost of flights from London, a beer at the market, a bottle of wine, a meal for two, and a one-night hotel stay.
Poznan offers more than just its Christmas market; other attractions include the Croissant Museum, HistoryLand , and the magnificent Poznan Cathedral Of St Peter And Paul. The Christmas market commences on 19 November in the city's Old Market Square and features around 70 stalls selling everything from traditional and locally crafted gifts to festive food and Christmas decorations.
