Becoming a homeowner could soon be a possibility for more people in San Antonio according to economists and realty experts.

SAN ANTONIO -

“Particularly areas like Austin and San Antonio have experienced significant growth and housing inventory, and that actually means that oversupply means that buyers have more options,” said David Vequist, Economy Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word. “Including the fact that we had a presidential election, there was some uncertainty that kind of caused a little bit of a slowdown,” said Spencer Skubik, Associate Broker at Becker Properties.
