THE British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (BCCP) expressed its support for the present developments of nuclear and renewable energy between the UK and the Philippines.

THE British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines expressed its support for the present developments of nuclear and renewable energy between the UK and the Philippines.In an interview, BCCP Executive/Trustee Chris Nelson commended President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for prioritizing the country's drive toward clean energy and encouraging Filipino firms and foreign investors.

He added, 'Let's not forget the largest single investment this year into the Philippines is by Actis with $600 million.'Actis is a firm based in London that invested in the development of the Terra Solar Project, the largest single-site solar power project, targeted to be completed in 2026 to 2027.
