Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) has become the first bank in Malaysia to produce 86 Certified Green Finance Advisors (CGFA) and strengthens its commitment to sustainability through a comprehensive training program developed in collaboration with the Asian Banking School (ABS). The CGFA program prioritizes employees who directly interact with customers and credit analysts to empower the delivery of sustainable financing solutions aligned with long-term economic and environmental goals.

PETALING JAYA: Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad menjadi bank pertama di Malaysia yang melahirkan 86 Penasihat Kewangan Hijau Bertauliah dan mengukuhkan komitmen terhadap kelestarian melalui program latihan komprehensif yang dibangunkan bersama Asian Banking School .

“Pada Jumaat lalu, seramai 86 kakitangan Bank Islam berjaya menamatkan latihan CGFA berstruktur dalam pembiayaan mampan yang bermula sejak 2022. Majlis graduasi disaksikan oleh Pengarah Latihan Perbankan Komersial ABS, Dr Lim Guan Chye dan Ketua Pegawai Sumber Manusia Kumpulan Bank Islam, Iskandar Shah Zulkarnain.

“Pencapaian ini membuktikan komitmen Bank Islam terhadap masa depan yang mampan dan menyerlahkan peranan penting bank dalam memacu inistiatif pemuliharaan alam sekitar dalam sektor kewangan.
