OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- For the better part of a decade at Olmsted Falls High School, business teacher Dena Kotz-Fresch has been inspiring future entrepreneurs and captains of industry.
The teacher stressed she wasn’t planning on attending the event this year but acquiesced after numerous emails.“They were reading the gist of what the teacher receiving the award had done when I looked at the lady next to me and said, ‘I’m pretty sure this is me,’” she laughed.Samuel H.
“I have a masters in international business with Ashland University, so all of that I’ve just brought to the classroom where everything is more hands-on, project-based and competition-based.”She noted former pupils have filed patents and started their own businesses.
