The leadership of the Nigerian Senate has issued an arrest warrant against the management of Julius Berger Construction Company for snubbing its invitation.The decision of the senate follows a motion raised by the senator representing Enugu West Senatorial district, Osiga Ngwu.
Ngwu had informed the senate that the construction company has failed contracts scattered all over the country. The lawmaker said: “If a committee summons any person or entity to come for a committee hearing and that entity does not send a representative or do not appear in any way, the normal thing is to report to the presiding officer and then warrants will be issued.”
