The luxury residential market in BGC experienced an increase in launches.

SALES in the residential condo market in the National Capital Region have been sluggish, with the first 11 months of 2024 dropping by 63 percent compared to the numbers at the same time in 2023. Perhaps in response, developers have been cautious, with total launches again for the first 11 months of the year representing only 46 percent of full-year 2023's projected count.
