Police are investigating a stabbing after the president of a manufacturing company in Muskegon was hurt during a meeting Tuesday morning.

The Fruitport Township Police Department were called to Anderson Express Inc. on South Mill Iron Road around 9:20 a.m. after it was reported that a 32-year-old employee stabbed the president of the company in the side with a knife during a staff meeting, authorities said.

The Anderson Express Inc. president is out of surgery and is in serious but stable condition, authorities said.Police said the 32-year-old is expected to be arraigned Wednesday, but did not specify on what charges.
