Why are Fannie, Freddie PUSHING anything? Its a mortgage buyback company that overdid it, went belly up and and was bailed out by taxpayers.

Yeah, it worked so well LAST TIME! The new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs are “just the tip of the iceberg of reaching a whole new base of potential homeowners,”

It's like being sold Satellite TV. They lie & tell you it won't be affected by weather. Then they lease you refurbished equipment & act like it's brand new. Those homes are made from poorly constructed material from Asia & Mexico, & once you buy it there's no warranty.

Factory homes are a great deal! Think about it: no bad weather to ruin the work. But local ordinances hate them. It’s a scam.
