Why are Fannie, Freddie PUSHING anything? Its a mortgage buyback company that overdid it, went belly up and and was bailed out by taxpayers.

It's like being sold Satellite TV. They lie & tell you it won't be affected by weather. Then they lease you refurbished equipment & act like it's brand new. Those homes are made from poorly constructed material from Asia & Mexico, & once you buy it there's no warranty.
Factory homes are a great deal! Think about it: no bad weather to ruin the work. But local ordinances hate them. It’s a scam.
