Club targets players in their mid-20s rather than younger footballers

Kaizer Chiefs will keep their eye on the market and their options open to add to the four signings they have already made ahead of the 2019/2020 season should the right players be available‚ says coach Ernst Middendorp.

As Chiefs prepared for Saturday’s preseason Carling Black Label Cup against Orlando Pirates‚ Middendorp said on Wednesday the club might still make a few signings. “But we have a very clear structure inside this big brand‚ having scouted around and having a very clear identification before the signings were done.
