Nordson shares fell 7% after hours, following a 1.3% decline in the regular session to close at $135.48. The company reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $93.9 million, or $1.62 a share, compared with $98.4 million, or $1.61 a share, in the year-ago period. Revenue declined to $559.7 million from $581.
