do they not employ bakers ect or are they just another artisan selling premade frozen goods? if you can not make it dont sell it?

There are innumerable varieties of baking flour available in Britain from coarse to very fine, high/low gluten content for stretchy doughs etc, nobody is going to notice the difference while eating the finished pastries. Why burn carbon rich fuel shipping it from France.
